Andrea was wonderful!! She listed my parents’ home on a Thursday morning, and we had a contract by the next evening. My parents were nervous about the whole process, but Andrea stepped up to help out with a couple of snags (no fault of Andrea’s) and to put them at ease. My daughter had just started talking about buying her first home when a new listing popped up in Collierville. The listing agent was unable to show us but said her agent daughter would be able to meet us that afternoon. That is the day we met Kelsey! Unfortunately that house was not what my daughter was looking for but we liked Kelsey so much my daughter asked her to show us other homes. Kelsey is sweet, pleasant, upbeat, and comfortable to be around. She genuinely wanted to help my daughter make the best decision when choosing a home. She spent time with her answering all her questions and explaining in detail the process of buying. After many days of touring many homes she found a house my daughter loved! Kelsey negotiated a great deal and was in constant communication during this whole process. At the walk-thru right before closing there were a few things the sellers were supposed to fix that had not been done. Kelsey went back 3 different times after our initial walk-thru just to make sure everything was done correctly instead of just taking the listing agents word for it. She was truly working for my daughter and for that I can’t thank her enough!
