Sherri was extremely helpful in everything surrounding the sale of our house. She was very prompt with her responses any time that I had a question for her. She was also very resourceful when I needed to get help for some of the repairs. Truly a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend her if you are in the market to buy or sell.

Sherri has helped us buy and sell numerous houses in urgency when a family member got sick. When we started our year long journey of searching for our forever home in a volatile market, we had no clue of the adversity we would be facing in our lives. Dewey Dillard is the best!

We just hit our first month in our perfect new home. This having been our first time homebuyer experience, we went with a friends recommendation to work with Sherri in this endevour. Sherri is honestly the best person I think we could've went with for finding a home. We looked in the Bartlett area, so the homes would go very fast when hitting the market. But no matter what the home was. Sherri was always faster. She treated my wife and I like we were one of her own. She didn't try to sell us a home that was clearly not a good fit for us, because she took the time to listen to our story, and learn about us to where she just knew what we would want. She did not let us settle, and the results were amazing because of it. When the time for negotiations were being done. She meant business, and did not let the sellers push us around. But fought for us at every step of the way. She was ruthless in best kind of way. Anytime we needed something from her, she would be very prompt in handling whatever matter was at hand. As a first time homebuyer, there were a lot of gaps in our knowledge to parts of the process. But she always made sure to answer any question we had as many times as it took for us to understand. When the seller repairs needed to be done to the home, she was on them everyday, and went in person to make sure things were done correctly, and they were done to perfection. When the time came for closing paperwork to be filled out. She would explain every page in as much detail as we needed so we were clear in everything we signed. The process for buying our home started around mid January, then were closed and took control by mid March. As a testament to how efficient she was through the whole process. Sherri worked amazingly with our loan officers to ensure all needed steps of the process were ready by all parties. And the process was done without a hitch. The overall experience we had with her was that buying our first home was actually fun, even with all the paperwork. The home was on budget (thanks to her negotiating prowess), and it had everything we asked for and some extras! We love our home and look forward to starting a family here. And are glad that she got to be part of our life for, what was for us, a huge step in our lives. If you're a first time homebuyer. I highly recommend you give her a shot. She won't disappoint!

This was probably the most stress free purchase of a new home I’ve ever had. Jennifer and Stephanie were tenacious in helping me find the home of my dreams. Especially since I had to do this from New York, they searched out a list of homes after quickly figuring out my likes and dislikes. They were very honed in on the type of home I was looking for. Once found they stayed right there until process was complete. These are definitely the 2 people you want in your corner during what usually is a stressful event.
