As a first-time homebuyer, I had a million questions and a lot of nerves. Amy Dale was absolutely incredible and truly went above and beyond for me. Melissa Adams did an excellent job as my seller agent in Germantown, TN. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, trustworthy and honest agent. She was smart on market trends, helpful in negotiations with buyers, and willing to do whatever it took to help get me the best deal. She is also quite personable, easy-going, and a pleasure to speak to. She was never pushy or self-interested as I have seen with some agents. Highly recommend.
